Interesting! Can't wait to see some sort of prototype and testimonials. Also, those watercolours were beautiful! Did you paint them yourself? Stunning!

Thanks, Abhinav! I’m very close to opening up the methodology as open-source as publishing the hub so others can adopt it where helpful. I appreciate the encouragement! And I’ll share the testimonials as I gather them. Great idea!

I worked with AI (over many revisions/hours) to create the watercolors. It’s a lot of fun to get creative and attempt to explain what I want to represent each section of the article. The concept/prompts are mine, but the technique is AI-generation.

Looking forward. I am hesitant to use AI right now, but your work seems to have an application that may well change that for me.

Fascinating piece. And the distinction you draw at the end, between a tool that hands you back to yourself and one that slowly swaps you out for its idea of you, is the one I'd want anyone building in this space to have stamped somewhere visible. An external surface that can load your reality can also quietly rewrite it. The integrity of that line is key.

Thanks for catching that! It's the part some readers will gloss over, but it's the most critical piece for anyone working with AI on this work and understanding Self. The safety and guardrails are OUR responsibility, in addition to what the larger companies are implementing.

Couldn't agree more 🌿.
